This module will explore key themes in the study of cultural geography. It will examine representations of place and landscape in diverse media, including film, texts, architecture, and photography. You will be asked to reflect on the importance of a geographical approach for understanding culture, and of the value of studying culture for geographical study. The module will consider diverse definitions of culture and encourage you to reflect on the cultures that matter to you.
