Charging policy

In general and unless stated otherwise, information will either be published in hard copy form or in electronic format accessible from the University's website or other linked University sites.

Where it is published in hard copy form any charges, where applicable and where not stated otherwise, will be at a rate of 5p per page plus the cost of postage and packaging.

Information published in electronic format on the University's website or other linked sites is free to access in that format.

Any person who requires access to information in a form other than which it is published is asked to contact Information Assurance Services to discuss specific requirements and the manner in which the request may be met.

Whilst the University will endeavour to be as helpful as possible in providing access to information, please note that the University reserves the right to make a charge to cover any costs incurred in providing information in alternative formats, and the right to decline to respond to requests that would impose an unreasonable administrative overhead.
