Beauchamp Teach is the Leicestershire School Direct Initial Teacher Training run by the Lionheart Academies Trust. The Lionheart Academies Trust seeks to develop teachers to work within our partnership and provide our students with teaching that secures academic excellence and holistic development. The school direct partnership works alongside schools in both Leicester and Leicestershire to develop trainee teachers to teach across different settings.

We aim to provide you with an excellent experience, developing your subject specialism and approach to teaching in collaboration with an expert team of teaching staff.
Our partnership with University of Leicester ensures that you are supported by an experienced team of academic tutors. Our in-school mentors will provide you with the support and guidance you need on your journey to becoming an excellent classroom practitioner.
We are a growing Leicester-based partnership currently consisting of three secondary schools:
- Beauchamp College, an 11-19 school in Oadby (lead school)
- The Cedars Academy, an 11-19 school in Birstall
- Judgemeadow Community College, an 11-16 school in Evington
- Humphrey Perkins School, an 11-16 school in Barrow upon Soar
- Martin High School, an 11-16 school in Anstey
- Sir Jonathan North College, an all girls 11-16 school in Leicester
- Beauchamp City Sixth Form, a 16-18 college in Leicester
