Registration

Registration for ICH2026 is now closed. Some options for additional activities can still be found at shop.le.ac.uk: register for ICH2026.

The conference registration fee includes participation in the scientific programme, access to exhibitions by our sponsors, lunches (27-30 July inclusive), coffee breaks, refreshments during poster sessions, electronic conference programme, welcome reception on 26 July, and conference dinner. For any queries about conference registration, please contact the conferences team.

Invoices for the registration fee are available, and certificates of attendance can be prepared if required after the conference. For both invoices and certificates, please contact the conferences team: [email protected].

Childcare, included in the registration fee, has been made available to conference attendees. Childcare will be provided by Kidz Come First Childcare, an Ofsted-registered provider.

Accommodation

A limited number of subsidised single en suite rooms are available, and can be booked flexibly between Saturday 25 July and Thursday 30 July inclusive. The room rate is £33.50 per night, and includes breakfast. The rooms are located in the Freemen's Common site, adjacent to the conference venue. The deadline for reserving this accommodation is 30 April 2026.

Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for families or those with accompanying children.
