Abstracts

We are pleased to announce that abstract submission for the International Conference on Hydrogenase and Other Redox Metalloenzymes is now open!

Abstracts should be prepared using the ICH2026 Abstract Template (18kb). Abstract submissions are open for both oral and poster contributions, and should be submitted through the abstract submission portal.

• Abstract submission opens: 18 December 2025
• Deadline for oral abstracts: 31 March 2026
• Deadline for poster abstracts: 29 May 2026

Registration

Conference registration will open in early January 2026.

The conference registration fee includes participation in the scientific programme, access to exhibitions by our sponsors, lunches (27-30 July inclusive), coffee breaks, refreshments during poster sessions, electronic conference programme, welcome reception on 26 July, and conference dinner.

Registration fees

• Early bird registration fee: regular £480, student £350
• Late registration fee: regular £580, student £480

There are also a limited number of childcare places available, included in the registration fee. Interest in childcare can be registered through our childcare survey.

Accommodation

A limited number of subsidised single en suite rooms are available, and can be booked flexibly between Saturday 25 July and Thursday 30 July inclusive. The room rate is £33.50 per night, and includes breakfast. The rooms are located in the Freemens Common site, adjacent to the conference venue. The deadline for reserving this accommodation is 30 April 2026.

Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for families or those with accompanying children.
