Measuring conceptual understanding

This project is focused on the development of a new standard research tool that can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum innovation and enhancement projects. This will be achieved through the development of question sets that will reliably measure conceptual understanding of core areas of the subject as defined by professional bodies such as the Royal Society of Chemistry and the American Chemical Society.
