Our University will be backing the blue this week as it lights up its flagship medical building in celebration of 70 years of the National Health Service. The George Davies Centre will be bathed in blue light from 24 specially fitted LED lamps from 9:30pm on Thursday 5 July.

International scientists, including researchers from our University, are using space sensors to monitor the health of land around the River Ganges in India, home to approximately 500 million people. The Ganges flows through India and Bangladesh.
