Profile
I completed my PhD in healthcare management at Technological University Dublin. My PhD research focused on developing an integrated framework to improve the flow of patients in acute hospital settings. I am specifically dedicated to the study of issues in a healthcare context and aspire to be at the cutting edge of innovative research that addresses patient satisfaction and improve the quality of care.
Currently, I am working as a research associate at Stonygate Centre for empathic healthcare. I am engaging in several projects that utilise evidence-based empathy research to strengthen empathic training and support the practice and structure of empathic healthcare in the UK.
