Dr Grace Tidmarsh

I am a social scientist with a background in sport and exercise psychology and implementation science with a specific focus on disadvantaged youth, dance psychology and process evaluations. I am currently working on an NIHR ARC project exploring the implementation of workplace wellbeing interventions in the NHS. In particular I am passionate about developing and using accessible research methods that protect both participant and researcher wellbeing during the research process.
