LLM in Employment Law (Leicester), LLB (Hons) Exeter
I joined Leicester Law School in 2018 after teaching undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programmes at the University of Law. I previously managed the part-time Legal Practice Course and Professional Skills Course undertaken by trainee solicitors in practice. I am a solicitor, supervising students in the Pro-Bono Legal Advice Clinic and a Fellow of the High Education Academy. I worked as a commercial litigator and company secretary.
At Leicester Law School, I am the Director of Recruitment for undergraduate law programmes, which includes the role of admissions tutor.
My primary research interests lie in legal and ethical regulation of businesses and professions including cross-jurisdictional harmonisation and protection against unjust dismissal. I am involved in the European Network on Labour Law. I am also interested in innovation and improvement in higher education.
