Profile

I am interested in positive psychology and wellbeing: particularly how personality character strengths and virtues influence psychological wellbeing. This includes positive affect and post-traumatic growth. My research interests overlap with decision making personality and individual differences positive psychology including leadership self efficacy and coaching psychology with the central focus on authentic living. I am also interested in research on Higher Education Lifelong Learning and Transformative Learning. I offer my services as a positive psychology coach where I apply psychometrics and mBraining techniques.
