Statement: Supporting and Reporting Sexual Violence and Harassment

The University of Leicester takes allegations of sexual violence extremely seriously and we ensure victims are offered support, allegations are investigated and where appropriate we work with the Police and other agencies. The safety and well-being of those within our University community, and beyond it, is of paramount importance to us.

There are a range of ways students can access help if they have been affected by sexual assault:

• Report to sexual assault referral centre, Juniper Lodge
• Report and support - if students require specific support they will need to leave their email address
• Contact Welfare (welfare@leicester.ac.uk) to book in to see an advisor.
