Academic helps to launch new Open Access journal to highlight research into contemporary political issues
Dr Simona Guerra from our School of History, Politics and International Relations has been appointed Co-Chief Editor of Political Research Exchange (PRX), a new Open Access journal which will feature cutting-edge research into contemporary politics.
The journal, which is launched by the ECPR, Europe’s largest political science association, with the support of Taylor & Francis, aims to offer researchers a dynamic platform for innovation, debate and exchange across all fields of political science.
The journal will welcome significant theoretical, methodological, and empirical contributions from all fields, including comparative politics, international politics, international relations, political communication, political sociology, political thought, public administration, and interdisciplinary work with a predominantly political dimension.
Simona’s role builds upon her experience as co-editor of the Journal of Contemporary European Research – a post she held for five years.
“PRX will launch early in 2019 and is open for submissions from summer 2018. I am looking forward to working with Alexandra Segerberg from Stockholm University. PRX offers accessibility of high quality research in the political sciences," Simona said.
