In an article for the Times Higher Education Philip Kemp, visiting lecturer in film journalism in the Department of the History of Art and Film discusses the book 'The Death of Cinema? A Medium in Crisis in the Digital Age', by André Gaudreault and Philippe Marion, which examines how cinema has apparently had many 'deaths' during its existence and the authors' scepticism of doomsayers in light of this.
