This module will see the application of skills and knowledge to become an effective leader and mentor with the ability to influence others.

You will be introduced to the key theories of leadership and management and how these can be reflected in your own personal styles. You will explore change management theories and how these can be applied in the clinical setting.

Alongside leadership skills you will be equipped with mentoring and coaching skills preparing you to support both patients and future learners.
