The Globalisation of Sexuality: Culture and Media

This module investigates the theory behind the globalisation of sexuality in terms of LGBTQ activism and the representation of non-heterosexuals across the globe. You’ll look at this flow of information and NGOs at a national and transnational level, in order to critically analyse the contribution that western and non-western research is making to the academic study of sexuality.
