In this module, you'll critically evaluate the theories and practises of human resource management (HRM) by drawing on critical and sustainable approaches to work, employment and management.
Throughout the module you will explain and evaluate the impact of issues, benefits and risks associated with ethics, diversity, inclusion and intercultural appreciation, upon human resource management practice and strategy.
In addition you will look at the inter-relationships between human resource management and it's contextual factors and actors including internal stakeholders and customers within an organisation, governments, employment law, employee unions, regulators and external stakeholders and at local, sectoral, national and international levels.
