Analysing Law (advanced)

In this module you'll develop the one skill that separates lawyers from those who just know some facts about the law: the ability to 'think like a lawyer'. You'll investigate different approaches to interpreting the law and develop your legal reasoning to form persuasive arguments about how the law is applied. You'll also conduct your own legal research, as well as develop both your academic and professional legal writing skills.
