Global Alternative Justice

This module will give you an overview of the many different justice systems that exist globally, in addition to other ways in which justice can be obtained. You will explore the different responses to crime, harm and victimisation in various international settings. Restorative and alternative justice responses will be explored in detail, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of how lawbreakers are treated in different ways around the world.
