Evidence-based practice is an interdisciplinary approach to clinical practice which is best summarised as the complete, clear, and practical use of current best evidence when making decisions about a patient’s care.

This module will introduce you to key principles behind evidence-based practice, including its relevance, the role research plays in it, how to determine which methods are suitable for different problems and the outcome measures you will encounter. Plus, you will develop your ability to examine, interpret and present real-world healthcare data.
