In this module, you'll critically evaluate the theories and practises of human resource management (HRM) by drawing on critical and sustainable approaches to work, employment, and management.
Throughout the module you will explain and evaluate the impact of issues, benefits and risks associated with ethics, diversity, inclusion, and intercultural appreciation, upon human resource management practice and strategy.
In addition, you will look at the inter-relationships between human resource management and its contextual factors and actors including internal stakeholders and customers within an organisation, governments, employment law, employee unions, regulators and external stakeholders and at local, sectoral, national and international levels.
