Within this module, you'll consider the influence of individual ability and personality on work-related behaviours and discuss key principles of motivation and job satisfaction. You'll analyse the forces affecting group processes and performance and assess the advantages and disadvantages of different organisational structures, particularly referencing organisational contingencies.
