Probability and statistics skills are one of the main tools that actuaries will put into practice while translating real world problems into mathematical and statistical models in order to find the best possible solution for them, mostly in areas of insurance, finance, banking etc. In this module we will develop the essential statistical skills through the various concepts of probability and statistics so that you will be able to deal with related complex scenarios and to progress towards advanced statistical modules.
