In this module you'll develop an understanding of the Canadian constitution’s various components and sources, and learn about the basic principles that underpin Canadian constitutional law. You'll learn how to apply and critically analyse the provisions of the constitution in Canadian legal practice, as well as understand how its principles have been deepened through judicial interpretation.
