Foundations of Canadian Law

This module will introduce you to the Canadian legal system, its sources and role in Canadian society. You'll develop an understanding of the special relationship that Aboriginal Peoples have with the Canadian State, as well as study the different approaches to judicial interpretation. You'll also compare the different branches of Canadian government and investigate the relationships between them.
