Module Outline
This module identifies the factors influencing the level and type of training undertaken in organisations. This module will enable students to understand training within the context of HRM and will equip them with the tools to evaluate different approaches to training, using key theoretical ideas. Key to this is the link between training in the workplace and employee motivation. Students will also consider the strategic role of training within the organisation.
