Women in Cinema

Module code: HA3030

This module analyses the role that women have played behind the camera. The module focuses on films made by women in order to unpick the significant contributions women have made to the film industry. We will focus both on films and industrial set up in order to discuss how women have negotiated the often patriarchal field of filmmaking.
