This practical and relevant module will provide you with the opportunity to broaden and deepen your knowledge, skills, and understanding of issues in science education. We will explore models and theories relevant to the learning and teaching of science and discuss a range of issues of current interest and concern in science education, including assessment, the use of technology, pedagogic approaches, socio-cultural issues, and misconceptions.
