The module provides you with the opportunity to explore your own practice and to examine some of the dilemmas and challenges of using mentoring and coaching techniques in a variety of circumstances. You will explore different models of mentoring and coaching and apply what you find most attractive to your own mentoring and coaching activities. You will develop essential skills for today’s schools and extend your skills in mentoring and coaching.
