Leadership and Management

‘Leadership and management’ is focused on understanding the ways in which organisations set and secure goals and objectives. This module seeks to explore the different management styles are and how they relate to leadership and organisations. We will then move onto examining the merits of management and organisational theories in terms of how they relate to security. We will delve into the main positions and concepts relating to key aspects of organisations such as their structure and the culture, and the role and nature of the security functions within them.
