Records retention schedules

When making decisions about the retention and disposal of information the University’s records retention schedules must be used to information your actions. The retention schedules will outline a description of the information you hold, a retention period, the ‘trigger’ for that retention period (i.e. end of academic year), a disposal action (i.e. destroy) and some background information on the retention period (i.e. reference to legislation).
