The shortlisting and interview process
In your application we will be looking to see how you meet the criteria specified in the job summary. Those applicants who best match the criteria will be shortlisted and invited for interview. We will let you know the outcome of your application, whether you are successful or not.
If you are shortlisted for a role, we will invite you to attend an interview. This could be face-to-face, or via Microsoft Teams, depending on the department that you have applied to.
