How to get to College Court

By Train

Leicester Train Station is well linked with direct travel from London St Pancras Station (70 minutes), Birmingham (50 minutes), Sheffield (60 minutes), Cambridge (two hours) and connected with many more cities via changes. We recommend train tickets to be booked as early as possible to secure low fares.

College court is only 1.4 miles from Leicester Train Station. Walking from the station to College Court takes approximately 30 minutes by walking through Victoria Park and along Queens Road to College Court.

If you would prefer to reach the venue by taxi, the train station has a taxi rank clearly signposted and advanced booking is not normally necessary. A taxi journey to College Court should cost approximately £10 (NB. some taxi drivers may accept cash only). Do not ask for the University of Leicester as College Court is not on the University campus.

There are also a number of excellent bus services, operated by Arriva Midland, which pass by College Court. You can catch bus number 44 or 44A outside Leicester train station approximately every 10 minutes Monday to Friday. There are two bus stops closely located to College Court, one at the end of Queens Road, opposite the front of College Court and the second on Carisbrooke Road, at the rear of the overflow car park.
