Do I have to book for all classes, gym and swim or can I just turn up and attend?
Yes, you will need to book all sessions within the facility going forwards.
This privilege is unavailable for pay as you go members as we begin our reopening of facilities
What should I do if I cannot attend a class, gym or swim session I am booked in for?
Should you not be able to attend a class, gym or swim session that you are booked on for, we ask our members to kindly give us a call to let us know. Alternatively, if you have booked through the online system, you can cancel your booking there.
How do I book a class, gym or swim session online?
In order to book online you are required to register online. To do this, you will need some personal information including your membership number which can be given to you at each centres reception.
Once registered, you should be able to search through the availability of different activities at each sports centre.
Will the changing and toilet facilities be available?
The changing facilities are now fully open and available to all members and PAYG users.
Will there be a limit on the number of classes of gym sessions I can do?
We have now returned to our pre-COVID policy which will allow you to book on to classes with no limits.
Is it safe to go back to the sports centre?
Yes. We've worked incredibly hard to ensure the facilities are as safe as possible for members. We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures and adopted social distancing measures to create a safe environment for our members and staff. There are a number of new processes and measures that have been put in place to minimise the risk of infection that you will see when visiting the facility.
