This module continues your introduction to the History of Art through an overview of European and international painting, sculpture and architecture from the eighteenth century through to the present. Studying this material will enable you to identify key changes in art history and the reasons artists broke with past practices.

This is a double-weighted module. Extended seminars and formatively-assessed group work will allow you to study the topics covered in HA1113 in greater depth and from different critical perspectives
