Mental Health Problems and Children with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties - SEBDA 2

Module codes: ED7128, ED7129

This option is for professionals who work with children and young people who are experiencing social, emotional and behavioural difficulties in mainstream and special schools, pupil referral units, care or other settings. It builds on the skills and understanding developed in SEBDA 1 and looks in more depth at issues relating to mental health and well being.

You will have the opportunity to reflect on your practice and network with colleagues from other settings, as well as gaining a better understanding of the needs of children and young people who may develop mental health problems and of how to respond to those needs.

This is the only programme in the UK endorsed by SEBDA, the Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties Association.
