Great Britain: The State We're In

Throughout this module you’ll untangle key controversies in British history, and look at how and why we came to view these events in this way. Discussing different ways historians have approached the study of British history will be the basis of this module, and you'll apply conceptual and theoretical knowledge to specific events, processes and sources to establish your own theories.

You'll go on to identify and analyse economic, social, political and cultural developments in modern British history and relate these to each other, to determine what state Britain is in.
