Studying Media and Communication is a complementary module to Introduction to Media and Communication which you will have undertaken in Semester 1 – this module now invites you to think about how we apply some of the key concepts in media and communication that you learnt about in MS1001. It introduces you to specific applications, illustrations and case studies of media research, revealing how scholars use concepts and theories in their work to inform some of the more intriguing and cutting-edge research in media and communication.
