Your research will centre on identifying and exploring a major management issue associated with a particular organisational topic or theme. You’ll present a detailed description of a chosen case study and articulating key management issues, such as HRM, planning, finance or marketing.
This will involve systematically analysing your chosen issue, and incorporating it into a working plan to manage or resolve it, or both. You’ll be able to distinguish between different forms of data and show their usage to investigate different research questions.
Your work will lead you to produce an accurate, incisive and well-presented project using appropriate research methods and analysis. There will also be time to review and reflect on the research process, displaying both an awareness of the limitations of the project and any attendant ethical issues, so you can get the most out of this project.
