The Law of Tort (Advanced)

During this module you'll be focusing on civil remedies for wrongs committed by others which have led to certain types of harm. You'll exercise your analytical skills by looking at problem based scenarios, discussing what issues could arise from them, and if they would be liable in the law of tort. You'll also critically evaluate the legal principles that make up the law of tort itself.
