Contemporary Issues in Economics, Finance and Business

This module will introduce you to the breadth of challenges to which economics, finance and accounting can contribute. Each week will introduce a specific topic, presented by a lecturer who is active in that field. For example, measuring poverty and inequality; the challenges of climate change; COVID, or the economics of discrimination. You will learn about the important questions in that area, and the means by which economists, accountants and finance specialists contribute to our understanding and resolution of these challenges.
