This module aims to provide an opportunity to develop key employability skills.

Within the module you will analyse a real life business or social problem in the context of the workplace and the business environment.  Through different teaching methods, you'll learn about tools to generate ideas and apply decision making techniques to evaluate a range of potential solutions to the real life business or social problem.

During the module you will create a business proposal, business plan and a pitch to relevant stakeholders based on your identified solutions.

There will be an opportunity to reflect upon your employability skill development to gain the Leicester Award.
