Module code: HA7204

This module provides an overview of key developments in American cinema since 1960. The module focuses on the American film industries, as well as the texts they have produced. We will draw on film history and textual analysis. The module as a whole will allow students to interrogate the shifting nature of American cinema and to draw links between its past and present.
