This is a specialist Aerospace module where you'll become familiar with how an aircraft can be designed to be safely controlled using the control surfaces. This will involve studying how autopilots can be designed, which links in with the control engineering studies in other modules. You'll also learn about the main avionics (aviation electronics) in modern aircraft, such as cockpit displays and air data systems.
