Financial analysis is crucial when assessing a business or organisation's continued viability. This module will introduce you to its fundamentals, and you'll get the chance to apply what you've learned to real-life examples.

You'll look at the various regulatory, conceptual and theoretical contexts of financial analysis, and analyse and interpret published annual reports from a range of different organisations. You'll also discuss the limitations of published financial statements.

You'll gain transferable skills in written communication, numeracy, problem-solving, decision-making, business awareness, and time management.
