You’ll explore financial markets and instruments, including their roles and efficiencies. You’ll explore key theories of capital structure, capital budgeting, and corporate dividend policy. Plus, you’ll investigate the difficulties which occur within corporate governance and their implications for capital structure, dividend policy, and capital budgeting.
