Software Project Management and Professionalism

In this module, you will learn techniques and technologies required to manage and collaborate on a software project. We will explore and compare different approaches to project planning – traditional and agile approaches; describing their strengths and drawbacks. We will look at the different roles that individuals undertake in group projects such as project manager, scrum master or product owner and learn about the benefits of continuous integration and configuration management.
