School of Business

transformative leadership programme designed for women who aspire to break new ground in their professional lives. Our programme offers a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and personalised coaching to empower women to lead with confidence, authenticity and impact.

Beyond Boundaries takes place in person over four days, split into two sessions with a residential overnight stay for each block. This ensures a focused learning experience while fostering strong connections and networking amongst participants. One of the highlights of the programme is the networking dinners, held on the residential nights where you will be joined by guests from various industries, providing opportunities to hear from influential speakers and further build your professional network.

This transformative programme is designed to enhance your inclusive leadership skills, boost your confidence, help you navigate your future career plans and expand your professional network. I encourage all aspiring female executive leaders to invest in their future and join me in leading with positive impact.
