Abstract submission

We are pleased to offer you three formats to present your work:

• oral presentations
• lightning talks
• poster presentations

Guidelines for talks and posters will be shared with you with the outcome of your abstract submission.

All presentations will be in person at the conference venue in Leicester.

Please use this link to our online form to submit your abstract of up to 300 words.

The deadline for submission is 21 March 2025. You will be notified of whether or not your submission has been successful by 12 May 2025.
