In this module you will discover the role of the nurse in meeting the health needs of people living with complex and long-term mental health conditions. You will learn about the types of conditions that are long term or lead to complex care and their treatment. You will also explore the diverse nature of multi-agency care required across primary, secondary and tertiary settings to ensure a patient centred journey.
