CELTA Taster

CELTA, the industry standard language teaching qualification, is delivered at the ELTU.

Come along to one of our micro Taster events delivered by our experienced CELTA trainers. These sessions last one hour, are free and on the University of Leicester campus. You will experience a flavour of what Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) involves, what knowledge and skills an ESOL teacher needs and whether this could be a possible career path for you!

We are running CELTA micro tasters on Wednesdays, 5:00pm - 6:00pm on the following dates in 2024:

17 April
22 May
19 June
17 July

No previous teaching experience is required.
